   • Micro: Sales < RM300,000 OR < 5 employees
   • Small: Sales < RM15 million OR < 75 employees
   • Medium: Sales < RM50 million OR < 200 employees
2. Business Registration
   • Registered with SSM (Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia)
   • Active status with valid business license (at least 6 months of operation)
3. Malaysian Ownership
   • At least 60% owned by Malaysian citizens
4. Sector Eligibility
   • Must fall under approved sectors (e.g., retail, F&B, logistics, professional services, etc.)
   • Certain excluded categories may apply (e.g., government-linked companies, MNCs)
5. Previous Grant Usage
   • Not a previous recipient of other digitalisation grants under the same initiative, unless applying for a different scope
6. Digitalisation Scope
   • Must apply through a registered Digitalisation Partner (DP) (e.g., Simply Data)
   • The solution must align with approved categories (POS, cybersecurity, CRM, APM, etc.)
